LSC Childcare runs after-school and holiday clubs for school-age children. We keep groups small, days well structured and the atmosphere relaxed, so children leave happy and parents can get on with their day knowing their child is safe and well looked after.
We are a registered childcare provider, inspected by Ofsted to the same standards as any nursery or out-of-school club.

Because we are Ofsted registered, our care qualifies for government childcare support. Most working parents can use one of these schemes.
Universal Credit childcare
If you claim Universal Credit and you are working, you can claim back up to 85% of what you pay us each month, up to £1,031.88 for one child or £1,768.94 for two or more.
Example: pay us £400 a month, claim back up to £340.
We give you a dated receipt and attendance record for every assessment period, ready to upload to your UC journal.
Tax-Free Childcare
Not on Universal Credit? Pay through your Tax-Free Childcare account and the government adds £2 for every £8, up to £2,000 per child per year (£4,000 for a disabled child).
Example: pay us £400 a month and £80 of it comes from the government.
Children are eligible until the September after their 11th birthday (16 if disabled).

What ages do you take?
School-age children, from Reception up to Year 11. Siblings of different ages are welcome together.
Do you open in the school holidays?
Yes. Holiday club runs through every school holiday with full-day and half-day options. Places are limited, so book early for summer.
Can I use Universal Credit or Tax-Free Childcare to pay?
Yes to both. We are Ofsted registered, which is what makes our fees eligible. See how the funding works.
Do I have to commit to set days?
Regular days help us plan staffing, but we are flexible. Tell us what you need and we will do our best to fit around it.
What about children with additional needs?
Talk to us before booking. We will discuss your child’s needs openly and tell you honestly whether we can support them well.
